The enVisual Meeting Manager allows you to organise and manage meetings to be held within your firm. Meeting Manager takes care of the organizational and administrative tasks associated with the meeting process including the initial scheduling, distribution of meeting invitations, generation of resolution documents as well as the managing of votes and meeting protocol. Meeting Manager operates in conjunction with your other productivity tools, integrating seamlessly with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
Meeting Manager generates any required resolution documents directly from the meeting manager console. The documents can then be automatically emailed to attendees, in Word format, ahead of the meeting - along with a Meeting Agenda, which is also automatically generated. Resolution layouts can be easily modified using Microsoft Word. Finalized resolutions are published to the LiveFile Document Management module as well as SharePoint if required.
Meeting Manager uses the power of the enVisual Task Scheduler to schedule meetings with complete integration to Outlook email and calendar functions. Meeting invitations are managed via Outlook appointments - attendees can confirm attendance as well as edit certain elements of the meeting ahead of time including agenda items as well as edit resolution documents.
While Meeting Manager can be used to manage general business meetings, it is most powerful when used in conjunction with the enVisual enSecretary company and trust administration module. Meetings can be linked to standard secretarial events such as trust distributions or officer appointments - when the meeting is finalized, the appropriate transactions are automatically posted into the enSecretary module. In this way the entire secretarial event can be controlled by the meeting - with all records of the meeting written to the system audit trail. The Meeting Manager can also be launched from the enProcess BPM / workflow module - providing complete round-trip control over secretarial events.
